If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via email. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

      Order Shipment

      If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it should will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. Note that once items are shipped their delivery is out of our control but we will make every effort to get the order to you as soon as possible.

      Damages

      Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to info@theadirondackmarket.com and we will work with you to determine next steps.

      Cancellations

      All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

      Returns

      Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

      There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

        • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
        • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

        Refunds (if applicable)

        Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.         If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
